So how's that clutch coming along? Well, thanks to an oil and filter change, a valve clearance check and a bit of love, the clutch is actually fine. The previous oil change meant that the oil was disagreeable with my clutch -> fully synthetic = bad mmmkay?
Never have I seen so many missing parts, bolts and clips than off my 400. God damn.
It's like an IKEA table with 9 pre-cut dowels for 10 holes. You wonder how its ever going to work. So now I have to find all those bits and buy them so at least my bike can be as one.
Oh my dear Paris Hilton, when will you be complete?
WTF? Paris Hilton? Yes, it's official. The Cibby is no longer, welcome Miss Paris Hilton. Photo-whore of PSB. A celebrity in her own right.

Big Bike Turnout
Well, another big night was had at the Quit Motorplex yesterday. The sun came down and I took the opportunity to take some photos of the Cibby again. A record turnout - from my point of view - 31 bikes. A couple of Harleys, a couple of Italians, many a Jap-bike. What a great night. Things were going well early in the night, as there weren't many cars, I thought I'd be in for 10+ passes. Just before the second pass, a Supra ploughed into the wall, making a right mess of the car, spilling all sorts of terrible things onto the track. This was the start of a 30 minute clean up.
It was a night that I had been waiting for. Finally, I would see two 2005 model Suzuki GSXR750's (in yellow/black) drag together for the first time. They looked fantastic. The gap didn't seem much on the track, but it was 0.3 seconds in drag time, which is a fair amount. In the end, I took 6 passes with a best time of 13.475 seconds @ 101.58 MPH/163.47 KPH. Still 0.159 seconds short of a personal best.

En Guarde!
Still haven't fixed the clutch on the Cibby, but she did get a little gift yesterday...
NEW HEEL GUARDS!
About time those original crusty plastic ones from 1992 got decommissioned! These ones are from a Honda 954RR Fireblade that have been polished up and powdercoated satin black. Nice.
And the K&N air filter is in now too... silky smooooooth.
